Level 2 Art and Design

You will build a portfolio of your work, which will be graded by external assessors against your unit criteria.

Upon successful completion, go onto further study or progress to a Level 3 course. You can also start your career in the Arts industry across a range of specialisms.

There are no fees for this course if you are under 18.

We organise community art projects and events which help make a difference and grow your potential.

There are a variety of trips including museum visits, art exhibitions and artist talks, where you will meet other local artists and grow your network for the future.

Dedicated Work Experience opportunities will be supported by our Industry Liaison Officer, who will find opportunities that are right for you.

At interview, you will be required to bring along a portfolio of your current Art and Design work to show us your practical and creative skills. This helps us to determine the right course for you.

A positive recommendation or reference from your school/tutor will be needed for you to be eligible for this course.
