Andrew Osborne

Andrew has worked in Economic Development in Kent for over 20 years, in Gravesham, Maidstone and Ashford.
During his time at Ashford he has seen considerable expansion of the local economy and been involved in delivering a number of the Council’s Big 8 projects in recent years including the delivery of the Elwick Road Campus building for EKC Ashford College, new signalling for Eurostar services at Ashford International Station, and developments such as the Commercial Quarter, Elwick Place and the emerging Ashford International Studios.
Andrew has also delivered the AshfordFor marketing campaign making Ashford the number one business location in Kent and was involved in the first Scale Up business support programme in the Kent in partnership with Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce.
